It is a classic in the world of jams, but the apricot jam produced by the Cooperative of Agricultura Progresso in Terlizzi not only preserves the flavor of the Apulian apricot, but, thanks to the combination of sugar and apple, gives a sweet and pleasant taste amplified by the top quality of fruit.
Ideal for afternoon break, this apricot jam can mate with bruschetta and crostini during a lunch or family dinner. You can also fill cakes, pies and muffins, but it's good even if spread on slices of bread for breakfast or a just for a snack.
This jam from the Cooperative Agricultural Progress is a typical Apulian production, according to old regional tradition and recipe; moreover, this product can be considered ‘a chiilometro zero’, which is a very good guarantee for the consumer, but also defends the producer.
The jar of Puglia’s apricot jam is made of glass sealed with black paper to protect the product from sunlight. The jar can be stored for three years and once opened should be kept in a cool place.
All preserves from the Cooperative Agricultura Progresso go through pasteurization process and last but not least have no artificial preservatives and coloring.

The Cooperative Agricultural Progress is located in Terlizzi (Bari), little town at about 30 km from Bari, renowned in Italy and Europe for the cultivation and production of plants and flowers. One of the typical characteristics of the city is the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil; in fact, 60% of the national total is produced in our area where, thanks to the production of two famous varieties, Coratinae and the Ogliarola Bari, the oil produced is really the existing TOP in Italy.
The cooperative besides producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Italian track, also comply with the specification PDO, increasingly over the years has increased its investment in the production of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The Cooperative Agriculture Progress also produces figs, rosettes, cherries and apricots very good quality.
