Preserved into 280gr jars, using extra virgin olive oil from Agricultura Progresso Cooperative of Terlizzi, according a typical traditional Apulian recipe, Artichokes are the optimal solution for an afternoon break or for preparing lunch or dinner’s starters. The ideal solution when you want to surprise friends and family with something new and enjoy simple and genuine flavors of Puglia.
Together with few slices of toasted bread, the oil-packed artichokes gives you a true flavor of the Apulian land, with the taste of extra virgin olive oil in which they are completely immersed and that particular pungent aroma of the blend of capers , garlic and chili pepper. They can also be used in combination with fresh tomatoes bruschetta or used to season a dish of pasta or also to prepare the pizza ‘Capriciosa’.
The package preserves the characteristics of the tasting Bitonto artichoke, in particular its crunchiness. The sealed jar can be stored for three years. Once opened, oil makeup/refilling is required and product has to be in the refrigerator (4 ° - 6 ° C).

The Cooperative Agricultural Progress is located in Terlizzi (Bari), little town at about 30 km from Bari, renowned in Italy and Europe for the cultivation and production of plants and flowers.
