Produced with the technique of soft pressing of white grape berries (in order to squeeze the juice and thereby eliminate the peels), it is characterized by fruity aromas and floral and its ideal serving temperature is between 8 °C and 14 °C .

To taste excelling sensations of acidity and freshness . Dishes based on fish, molluscs, crustaceans, white meats and vegetables, are easily accompanied at the table by white wine.

A myth must be debunked: even white wine is good for health . Studies show that the caffeic acid contained in it, in fact, strengthens the protection of the cardiovascular system .
